Frozen Cocktail Trays | Slushy Machines and Cocktail Mix | Ice Cream and Sorbet

Our frozen trays of cocktails are a great alternative to mixing your own or hiring a slushy machine.

The mixture is essentially the same as the mixture for our machines; however it comes pre-frozen in a gelato-like consistency. You simply remove from the freezer, scoop into a glass, and your cocktail is served!

When you are finished, simply return the tray to freezer to use at a later date – no waste, and no messy mixing!

Our trays of frozen cocktail come in both 5 litre and 2 litre sizes. A 5 litre tray will provide approx 25-30 drinks, and a 2 litre tray will provide approx 10-12 drinks, depending on your glass size. Please click here for a full menu of our flavours.

The trays are particularly good if you have a smaller function and don’t need the amount of drinks a slushy machine will serve, or if you want a greater variety of flavours, or for when you have a large number of drinks to serve at once – such as upon arrival to a corporate function.

And in case you can’t wait for our product to melt to drink, all of our trays come with "spoon straws" included.

Our Non-alcoholic products come in limited flavours for trays, and are only available in 5 litre size.

Our slushy machines are a great addition to any party. Each machine has two barrels, which means that you can have two flavours going at once.

Each barrel will hold approx 10 litres of cocktail mix, with the total of 20 litres making approx 120 drinks.

The mixture comes in 5 litre bottles in liquid form, and takes around 1 hour (depending on ambient temperature) to go from liquid into the ‘slush’ consistency once it has been poured into the machine.

Again, all the products are pre-mixed using real fruit and quality branded liqueurs and spirits, so there is no messy mixing required. Simply pour the mixture in, let it freeze to ‘slush’, and serve at your leisure!

Slushy machines are a great option if you are having a larger function and/or want to keep serving drinks over a longer period of time. They are particularly good for 18th or 21st birthdays, as the fact that the drinks are frozen mean that they can’t be consumed quickly.

All flavours are available in non-alcoholic version for slushy machines where alcohol is going to be added by customer.

Cool Cocktails® ice cream and sorbets are made using real fruit and quality ingredients. Our frozen ice cream and sorbet products are available in 5 litre trays, and each 5 litre tray will provide approx 50-60 ‘scoops’.

We can make ice cream flavours to order, and can match colours to football teams, corporate colours, or colours to match the theme of your function of party.
